Peter graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Environmental Microbiology and apart from a brief stint with the Canadian Wildlife Service his career has been very entrepreneurial. He has ventured into a variety of industries and is currently a partner and director of a restaurant company with business interests in Alberta, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
Peter and his wife are not quite retired and split their time between homes in Edmonton and Salt Spring. Peter’s family has been on Salt Spring for nearly a century, and he has been visiting since birth. He serves on a few boards and is hoping that his many years in business will be a benefit to the GISRA board.
